Data storage

We point out that for your reservation we safe your name, e-mail and phone number by a third-party supplier Bookatable GmbH & Co.KG, 

In addition, the following data will be stored with us for the purpose of the contract: name, e-mail and telephone number. The data provided by you are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we can not conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of Bookatable GmbH & Co.KG or transmission of the credit card data with card payment to the unwinding bank institutes / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the consumption in our restaurant, as well as to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).

Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.

Duration of Data Storage

The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user-identifiers (e.g. User-IDs) or advertising-identifiers are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month.

HOUSE RULES

​

General:

• Bringing your own food and beverages is not permitted.

• Our staff can provide information on allergens and intolerance.

• Begging, loitering and the sale of newspapers is forbidden.

• The instructions of our team must be adhered to in the case of an emergency.

• The seating of the guests is carried out individually by the team of the restaurant.

• We cannot guarantee a specific seating or table. 

• We reserve the right to prohibit admission to visibly drunk guests.

• The use of our lavatories is only allowed to our guests.

• Our garden is open until 10 pm. It is only possible to place up to 8 persons in the outside terrace.

 

Reservation and cancellation policy:

• To make a reservation we need your name, phone number and possibly the address or email address.

• A reservation is binding for both parties when we confirm the reservation verbally, by telephone or in writing.

• Reserved tables are assigned elsewhere in the case of a no show 15 minutes after the reserved booking.

• A cancellation or change your table reservation is possible free of charge until 2 hours before the time of reservation. 

• A cancellation or change of your group reservation from 10 to 18 people is possible free of charge until 48 hours before the reservation date. 

• A cancellation or change of your group reservation from 19 to 34 people is possible free of charge until 14 days before the reservation date.

• A cancellation or change of your group reservation from 35 people  or more is possible free of charge until 28 days before the reservation date.

• In case of a later cancellation, no-show or change of the number of persons we reserve the right to charge 100% of the menu price. At a la carte € 60,00 / person

 

Liability:

• The client has to answer for any loss or damage to the furniture or other furnishings that have been caused by his guests, as well as for any loss or damage which he himself has caused. This also applies to messiness which requires special cleaning.

• The restaurant is liable for brought along personal belonging of guests, that got lost or damaged by personal negligence of the restaurant team. 

• Children under 16 have to be under the supervision of an adult.

• Parents are responsible and are legally responsible for their children.

• Liability is excluded for belongings left at our wardrobe.

• Each guest agrees with this policy with entering our house and our outside garden.
